(Auf Englisch) KA-RABA is a Swiss-based DJ, curator, and community organizer, as well as the visionary founder of OKRA Collective. Known for her hypnotic, bass-driven soundscapes, KA-RABA creates immersive club experiences where Afrofuturism collides with cutting-edge electronic music. Her artistry transcends genres, guiding audiences through transformative sonic journeys that are both challenging and deeply enchanting.
KA-RABA’s international presence speaks to her talent, versatility, and dedication to her craft.
She has graced the decks of Switzerland’s most iconic venues, including Kapitel, Dachstock, Elysia Basel, Bad Bonn, the legendary Montreux Jazz Festival, and the celebrated Gurtenfestival to name a few. Her distinctive sound has also resonated across international stages, with performances at Kiosk Radio in Brussels, Radion Club and Garage Nord in Amsterdam, as well as shows in Dakar, Italy, Paris, and Portugal. Adding to her range, she has delivered captivating sonic performances in Düsseldorf and Esslingen in Germany, showcasing her ability to adapt sound to diverse contexts and audiences.
As the driving force behind OKRA Collective, KA-RABA engages in interdisciplinary projects that merge sound, visuals, and community storytelling. OKRA Collective’s innovative work includes experimental audiovisual installations and short films, most notably "Everyday Blackness", commissioned by the Kunstmuseum Basel for the critically acclaimed exhibition "When We See Us: A Century of Black Figuration in Painting".
Beyond her artistry, KA-RABA is a respected panelist and cultural organizer who creates spaces for genuine dialogue, connection, and exchange. Her work is rooted in the belief that sound and art are transformative tools—capable of fostering inclusivity, challenging perceptions, and celebrating collective identities.

(Auf Englisch) Kwame Brenya is KWABRE NYAME.
He is an award-winning Ghanaian poet, a published writer, a Twi language teacher, and a traditional music artist with five (5) studio albums that inculcate Spoken word, Highlife, Hip-life and Palm Wine Music.
He is the founder of the traditional music band AKƆM BAND who have hosted two concerts in Accra, Ghana and performed at Art festivals, Exhibitions, Literary Festivals and on national television. Kwame has performed with different bands such as Nkyinkyim band, Legon Palmwine band, Senku live, and All African Band. He has performed in Ghana and other countries including Germany, Togo, Benin and Senegal.
Kwame Brenya plays the Seperewa musical instrument (African harp).
Kwame's works are contemporary birthed from the desire to sustain the oral traditions and history of his community where he uses the Akan language in the fields of music, spoken word, video performance, teaching, translation and voice-over.
His art is Akɔm; the Akan philosophy of life and existence.
